Student Services Update
STUDENT SERVICES changed the way it operates from Monday the 4th of April 2011. We aim to be more regulated, introduce a same day/next day postal delivery service, give more attention to assisting with visa reapplication and improve student welfare.

Office opening hour 9.30 am- 6.30 pm Monday-Friday
Student Service 9.30 am- 3.30 pm Monday- Friday
Library opening hour 10am- 6.30 pm Monday- Friday
LETTER REQUEST
Make all letter requests through your CMS account. Please log in to your cms account using your cms ID and password(N.B: your password is your date of birth in the format ddmmyyyy). You can also post request through one of our request boxes or by emailing Student Services at studentservices@eastbankcollege.org.uk. Please provide your mail, your ID and your mobile number clearly. We will do our best to post any request to your home address. Make sure we have your correct address on CMS.
The Request Box will be opened each day no later than 3pm. You will be informed of the outcome of your request by email or phone.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICE
Provided the SSS is informed at least two weeks in advance of your arrival, it can arrange provisional or temporary accommodation (minimum of two weeks to six months) for you. You have a choice of a bedsit, a single room in a shared house or a shared room with another student, or a hostel. We will endeavour to arrange your accommodation as close as possible to the college. AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE
The college has an airport pickup service for those students who would like to be met at the airport and escorted to their accommodation (weekends and evenings) and/or the college (on weekdays during office hours only). You need to inform us at least seven working days in advance, of your exact arrival time, the airport of arrival plus the terminal you will be arriving at, and carrier number. The cost for this service is £50, to be paid after your arrival.
